This is an update to the APEJ enterprise mobility technology spending 2006?2010 forecast published in the IDC study Asia/Pacific (Excluding Japan) Enterprise Mobility Technology Solution Adoption 2006?2010 Forecast and Midyear Update.

This is a combined effort of the communications, hardware, software, and IT services research teams in IDC to assess the enterprise mobility market in APEJ. This study provides an updated forecast based on IDC's ongoing market data collection. The data is then processed through IDC's proprietary research methodology. This Update presents enterprise mobility spending by different technology areas. This study gives a breakdown of the enterprise mobility spending for 11 countries in the region (Australia, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Korea, Malaysia, the Peoples Republic of China [PRC], the Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan, and Thailand). This Update also provides IDC's estimate of the mobile business subscribers in the aforementioned countries.
