| The following report is based on the findings of AMI-Partners’ 2002 Australia Small Business Market Opportunity Assessment and provides definitive results across all key Internet-related areas of AMI’s IT field research. AMI-Partners’ defines small businesses in the following way “SBs have 1-99 employees, are non-residential and non-government organizations, and represent over 99% of the total Australia SMB universe.” Currently 984,800 entities comprise the Australia SB market and the number of Small Businesses is growing at approximately 2.6% annually.
