This IDC study helps global and regional services players and their customers and alliance partners differentiate the capabilities and strategic directions of the "Big Three" Indian services companies, namely Infosys, Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), and Wipro ? all now permanent figures in the overall services competitive landscape.

"Competition in the services marketplace has never been so intense. The Big Three are grabbing market share and envision being on our list of top players. To that end, they continue to contribute to the changing landscape, offering services of higher value, pressuring prices, and pressing services players to set up shop in lower-cost regions to stay competitive," said Sophie Mayo, director, Worldwide Services research.
