CEVA Limited is wholly owned by CEVA Group, which in turn is wholly owned by CEVA Investments, a Cayman Islands limited liability company. Apollo Management, a private equity firm based in New York, USA floated these entities (CEVA Investments, CEVA Group, CEVA Ltd. and CEVA Logistics) for the purpose of effectuating the acquisition of TNT Logistics. The company recorded revenues of E3,494.6 million during the fiscal year ended December 2006, an increase of 4.3% over 2005. The operating loss of the company was E11.3 million during fiscal year 2006, as compared with the operating profit of E97 million in 2005. The net loss was E106.2 million in fiscal year 2006, as compared with the operating loss of E226.6 million in 2005.
