The BPO market in Canada continues to represent a strong opportunity for growth in the services market, however, vendors will have to adjust their growth expectations as the market matures and spending growth levels begin to moderate. "Vendors should not be misled by some of the early successes in the Canadian BPO market" says Jim Westcott, manager, business services research. "While our spending forecast has been scaled back for the 2006 to 2010 period, there will continue to opportunities to grow as long as vendors tailor offerings to meet the demands of customers for selective management and outsourcing."
