The market for IT security hardware, software, and services grew in 2007 to reach $1.26 billion. Over the forecast period, IDC Canada projects low double-digit growth. By 2012, the market for IT security products and services will be valued at over $2.1 billion, for a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 10%.
