This IDC study presents three case studies within the IT outsourcing (ITO) services market in China with a view to provide valuable experiences and insights for both outsourcers and outsourcing service providers (SPs) on getting company buy-ins, evaluating vendors, managing the implementation process, and the impacts on business.
"ITO spending has maintained high growth, at a rate of over 30% year on year in China. An increasing number of domestic companies are piloting the outsourcing service now. For them, to make enough preparation before outsourcing and attach importance to periodical communications and project reviews are the key to success," says Judy Ou, market analyst, Software and Services Group, IDC China.
