However, affected by China's overall economic performance and regulations over non-brand mobile phones in various emerging markets, it is projected that Chinese non-brand mobile phone shipments will be compromised. Therefore, it is expected that 3Q cell panel shipment will see slight growth at best while LCD driver IC shipment will post declines in 3Q. This research analyzes the supply and demand of TFT-LCD panels for use in Chinese mobile phones by observing the shipments of key mobile phone panel components cell panels and LCD driver ICs.
