This data file contains survey data from In-Stat's fall 2006 managed services survey, which examines in-house performance of Telecom Expense Management (TEM) services versus adoption of out-tasked TEM services.
Survey data reveals the percentages of US-based respondents who currently perform, and plan to keep TEM in-house; the percentage who currently out-task TEM; and the percentage who plan to switch from in-house performance to a managed TEM service over the next two years.
Survey results are broken down into five separate Excel tabs - one tab includes survey results from the total US market, the other four are broken down as follows:
Enterprise market survey results broken into three sub-segments: 1,000 to 4,999 employees; 5,000 to 9,999 employees; and 10K+ employees.
Mid-Sized market survey results broken into three sub-segments: 100 to 249 employees; 250 to 499 employees; and 500 to 999 employees.
Small business market survey results broken into four sub-segments: 5 to 9 employees; 10 to 19 employees; 20 to 49 employees; and 50 to 99 employees.
SOHO business market (1 to 4 employees) survey results broken into two sub-segments: Home-based and non home-based.
