The Danish BPO market is showing strong growth. "The key BPO segments are driven by both a company internal focus on what is really core business processes and what can be outsourced due to non-criticality and as well by the local labor bottleneck situation in Denmark making it difficult to get the appropriate labor force for the individual enterprise. So they turn to a BPO vendor for help" says Senior Analyst Brian Troelsen. The market is dominated by three major vendors groups one coming from a consultancy/accounting background, one second group coming from delivering payroll services and thirdly call center BPO vendors. "These three vendor groups will to an increasing extend approach the same markets either as partners or competitors. The winners will be those vendors who have the deepest understanding of the market potentials, customer segments specific requirements and the optimal approach to partnering.
