"Many companies have very traditional voice strategies, using the public network, incumbent operators, traditional PBXs, and keeping their voice and data networks separate," said Julie Wall, research analyst, European VOIP Services, "while others are moving into a new area of converged communications and looking to newer service providers who offer new services such as hosted voice."
