This survey illustrates the diversity among European companies' attitudes to convergence and the use of (IP) PBXs. The European IP PBX market continues to increase in deployments as organizations across Western Europe replace their TDM-based PBXs and telephones.

"Despite the definite takeup of IP PBXs, traditional PBXs continue to be the most widely deployed type of PBX in European enterprises today," said Julie Wall, research analyst, European VoIP.
