The 100 largest European outsourcing deals were worth $42.1 billion in 2004, a 0.5% increase from $41.9.4 billion in 2003. Most deals were signed in the in the financial services sector. Most deals were signed in the U.K. Both of these markets were also the most valuable in terms of aggregate contract value.
