This IDC study presents the results and analysis of IDC's online survey on adoption maturity of infrastructure management and storage software in the Asia/Pacific (excluding Japan) or APEJ region. The results provide an insight into the perceptions customers have in regard to technology, maintenance and support, and general business satisfaction.

"The survey indicates with no surprise that large vendors with broad solutions have captured great mindshares from respondents. However, it remains critical for vendors to ensure their total ecosystems are healthy and support their client bases to ensure that they remain on top of the respondents' lists," says Daphne Chung, research manager, System Infrastructure Software and Middleware Research, IDC Asia/Pacific.
