Watermarking is key to providing consumers with flexible content and creating accountability because digital rights

Power of the Anywhere Consumer). Content owners deserve to generate revenue from the content they produce. To do this, they
must adopt new techniques to thwart piracy and illegal file sharing, even as these solutions are refined and implemented.
