This IDC Presentation provides the results of a survey on buying patterns and behaviors for human resource business process outsourcing (HR BPO) services by large market firms. For purposes of this study, the large market is defined as enterprises with 10,000 employees or more. This is the second in a two-part series assessing the BPO market ? the first examined midmarket interest and was published in March 2006. Both studies focused on the four key horizontal business process areas that have been generating the most interest within the U.S. market: human resources (HR), finance and accounting (F&A), customer care, and procurement. This presentation reports on the findings for HR for the large market with comparisons to midmarket responses for key findings.
