This report looks closely at how 12 law libraries approach a plethora of managment issues such as: use of blogs/web resources, retain or eliminate print reporters, oversee outlying satellite office
libraries, outsource repetitive tasks, evaluate and select databases, record and manage the flow of reference questions, handle content routing, distribute their time, manage staff and interface with management. Each participant offers advice and
points out key practices and information resources.
