Our second annual research programme with EVUA members on mobility continues to raise concerns about the mobile operators’ ability to meet their needs. Many multinationals struggle to manage the cost and complexity of mobility on a global scale and remain critical of the level of support they currently receive from mobile network operators. They do note some small improvements over the year, particularly in the provision of remote access services. But they continue to demand more global thinking and innovation from their service providers.
