This study analyzes IDC's IT services contracts database to determine whether Canada's largest corporations are publicly embracing the outsourcing model. According to Leslie Rosenblood, senior analyst, outsourcing services, "Vendors have been successful to date converting early adopter organizations to accept the outsourcing model. To grow their revenues and profits, they will have to find the correct strategy to enable outsourcing to penetrate the majority of Canada's largest corporations."
