The wholesale market for mobile access and origination (market 15) is a market that, according to the EU, should be analysed by national regulatory authorities (NRAs) in order to find out whether there are significant market power (SMP) situations in specific countries. After the considerable success of MVNO deals across Europe, interest over regulators imposing conditions on mobile access seems to have faded away with few exceptions.
