The decrease in revenue was due to incorrect timing of product launches and weaker retail prices on old generation platforms owing to the video game industry hardware transition towards new generation of consoles, Wii, Nintendo DS, Xbox and Play Station 3. The operating loss of the company was £31.4 million during the fiscal year 2007, compared to operating profit of £7.8 million in 2006. The net loss was £28.1 million in fiscal year 2007, compared to net profit of £13.4 million in 2006.
