Highlights
The main trends seen during the month include a Y-o-Y decline of 33% in the IT services contract volume. Volume of deals valued at less than $25m contributed 69% to total deal volume. Central and federal government agencies contributed 34% of the month's TCV and CSC led the IT services vendor landscape with the highest total contract value signed.
Enterprises preferred deals with durations of three years or less. Of all the contracts expiring in the next six months, 16% are in the telecoms sector.
