| After the development during Tenth Five-Year Plan Period, China has become the world’s biggest manufacturer of display devices, and the global main production base of small and medium LCD panel. The production volume of TN-LCD ranks the first in the world, and TN, STN and CSTN take up more than 80% of the global production volume. They are in abundant supply. But due to the lack of key technology, nearly all large LCD panels are imported, which are in serious short supply. Facing the increasing demand for flat-panel display, the government will give supportive policies to the panel industry during the Eleventh Five-Year Plan Period, and help key companies solve fund problem, so as to make the industry develop soundly.
