Ovum Summit's recent survey of 333 North American enterprise and mid-market decision-makers assesses when, why and how these organizations are making investments in virtualization, service-oriented architecture (SOA), IT service management (ITSM) and related dynamic computing infrastructure technologies. This report focuses on results related to awareness, adoption and expectations for ITSM.
