A recent Ovum Summit survey of 333 North American IT decision makers shows a strong correlation between use of IT service management (ITSM) best practices and enabling tools and high customer satisfaction with data center virtualization and consolidation investments. Enterprise and medium-sized business customers engaging in virtualization and consolidation efforts are advised to implement state-of-the-art, end-to-end IT management solutions in tandem to ensure success.
