2007 was a strong year for the Swedish BPO market, which reached SEK6.4 billion, a 13% increase over the previous year.
"Unlike other parts of the world, or Europe for that matter, cost is not necessarily the main driver for BPO initiatives. Instead, a lack of resources is the key factor driving growth in the Swedish BPO market," said Staffan Sφderman, research analyst at IDC Sweden.
