In a deal which launches Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) into the life and pensions administration BPO market, with the largest ever deal in this sector signed in the U.K., TCS has also signaled that it is not averse to building a significant in-country U.K. delivery capability where the market opportunity and client requirements dictate.
