This article provides an overview of some mobile KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), namely share of prepaid customers, blended ARPU and churn, for a selection of operators in Western Europe. The article highlights some of the widest differences between operators and countries, in particular analysing whether they depend on the level of competition or possibly some historical and cultural aspects. The data is based on InfoCom’s Teleseeq database and our regular monitoring of mobile KPIs.
