With 2008 looking to be a year of contradiction, ultra mobile devices are forecast to grow nicely, but critical market inflection points aligning usage, technology, and business models have yet to be achieved. Desktop PC growth is expected to remain steady but the growth drivers for PCs, in general, are anticipated to transition to notebooks.
