This short report presents the key Western European business outsourcing services (BOS) top 20 revenue ranking tables covering the calendar years 2006/2007. They supersede the 2005/2006 tables published in Western European BPO Competitive Analysis 2007 (IDC #BP04P, October 2007). They are not, however, directly comparable with the 2005/2006 tables published last year because the categories of revenues being measured have changed.

The tables in this report analyze two revenue categories: key horizontal BOS, and combined key horizontal and vertical BOS. The latter incorporates the former, but adds industry-specific BOS for those vendors we track closely.

These tables will form the core of the forthcoming Western European BPO Competitive Analysis report, due for publication at the beginning of August.
