Wireless LAN in Europe
The study provides information on the Public WLAN (PWLAN) offers in 15 major European countries, from Spain to Hungary and from Scandinavia to Italy. An overview on the expected subscriber number is given as well as the present and planned infrastructure, i.e. hotspot number, of the present actors. The service offer and the pricing of the most dominant actors are briefly described. Further information on regulative aspects, customer focus, roaming agreements or international expansion strategies are also given.
