How It Works

- Submit a Custom Research Request
Provide preliminary information about your company, the type of research you need, your time frame, and your budget using our online Custom Request form. Or call a Research Specialist at 800-774-4410 (+1-240-747-3094 if calling from outside the U.S.) to discuss your needs one-on-one.
- Create a Request for Proposal
A Custom Project Manager will conduct an interview to determine your research needs, then write a thorough, professional Request for Proposal (RFP) to submit to qualified research firms.
- Review Proposals
Publishers will submit detailed proposals in response to your RFP for your review. We'll get answers to any questions you may have, and can even arrange conference calls with the researchers to help you make your decision.
- Follow-Up Throughout the Project
During your project, we will contact you regularly to review progress, troubleshoot any problems, and facilitate the project's successful completion.
