The focus of this annual study is a survey of 663 large European companies. "Large" companies were defined as those with more than 50 employees worldwide.

"The results from this survey indicate that while European companies have increased their spending on network services in the last year, spending over the next year is unlikely to surpass current levels," reports Jill Finger Gibson, research director, European Telecommunications Services. "However, there remain several opportunities for service providers to gain market share and improve their corporate services revenues."
