"Many companies have very traditional voice strategies, using the public network, incumbent operators, traditional PBXs, and keeping their voice and data networks separate," said Jill Finger Gibson, research director, European Fixed-Voice Services, "while others are moving into a new area of converged communications and looking to newer service providers that offer new services such as hosted voice."
