On the strength of the New Zealand economic upturn since 2003, the push for broadband service penetration in New Zealand and the pursuit of information and communication technology (ICT) productivity for enterprises in New Zealand, the network equipment market has had compelling growth across the last two years. "With fundamental changes in the economy anticipated, this demand momentum cannot continue.
