China Enterprise Mobile Terminals and Value-Added Services End-User Survey, 2006Product Type: Market Research ReportPublished by: IDC Published: July 2006 Product Code: R104-26908 Description
This IDC study examines the situation of China's enterprise mobility. Mobile email was introduced to China several years ago. How many enterprises are using mobile email or mobile instant messaging (IM) now? Why don't others use them? Will mobile email and mobile IM be promising services after 3G licensing? This study conveys the results of IDC's China Enterprise Mobility End-User Survey 2006, giving both respondents' opinions and an in-depth analysis of the future trends. "Mobile email for individual customers may not succeed. However, some enterprises do need mobile email, especially within multinational corporations (MNCs). Carriers should carefully segment the market of mobile email," says Jeffrey Wang, senior analyst, Communications Team, IDC China. Table of Contents
