Sweden BPO 2005 Vendor Shares and 2006-2010 ForecastProduct Type: Market Research ReportPublished by: IDC Published: November 2006 Product Code: R104-28676 Description
The Swedish BPO market is showing strong growth. "The public sector and the visible best-practice cases of large corporations are key drivers for BPO vendors" says Staffan Söderman, Research Analyst at IDC Nordic. Public authorities are more than ever focused on reducing costs and digitalization of e.g. payroll systems is seen as investment with a high ROI. The market is dominated by two major vendors groups, one coming from a consultancy/accounting backgroud and one coming from delivering payroll services. These two vendor groups will to an increasing extent approach the same markets either as partners or competitors. The winners will be those vendors who have the deepest understanding of the market potentials, the mapping of customer specific processes and the optimal approach to partnering. The last requirement ? partnerships ? will become increasingly important as the normal barriers between former separate functional BPO segments will start to vanish. Table of Contents
