These cities are typically considered to be the up and coming cities, where investment will be rewarded through the development of world-class global delivery locations. IDC makes an assessment of the criteria that links these cities, and separates them from other contenders. This study includes insight into the key areas that would benefit from investment, and draws attention to factors that have the potential to make or break the success of these locations on the global delivery stage. The GDI-AP provides an objective assessment of the appeal of more than 30 cities within the APIJ region as centers for global delivery.
