This IDC study examines the adoption and usage of mobile and wireless technology in the Australia business market. As companies begin to leverage Internet Protocol (IP), mobility is emerging as a top 10 IT investment priority. However, to take full advantage of this mobility opportunity, IT managers need to work their way through a series of decisions.
