This IDC study presents the worldwide market shares for telecom and media network consulting and integration services (NCIS). "Service providers worldwide are in search of trusted partners that can deliver end-to-end professional services, but no one vendor has the credibility to deliver both network and IT service capabilities," said Wu Zhou, senior analyst of IDC's Network Life-Cycle Services program. "Key differentiating factors for vendors and systems integrators will be how well they can grow their core services and leverage well-structured partnerships to deliver credible end-to-end solutions."
