This report series has been supported by IDC AP's annual end-user survey team (Asia/Pacific IT and Managed Services Survey, 2008; refer to End-User Perspectives, Perceptions, and Preferences for Buying IT Services in Asia/Pacific [Excluding Japan] [IDC #AP221113Q]). One key finding that emerged from the survey was that enterprise organizations assigned a higher overall rating on a number of parameters to telecom SPs as compared with their IT counterparts (global and local, respectively).
