Asia/Pacific (Excluding Japan) Business Process Outsourcing 2009-2013 Forecast and Analysis

This IDC study provides the Asia/Pacific (excluding Japan) or APEJ market forecasts and analysis for six horizontal business process outsourcing (BPO) markets. In addition, it also provides an in-depth analysis of seven countries that account for 86% of the total BPO APEJ market.
