Table of Contents As part of our research, we have identified the need to publish a range of comparative telco key performance indicators (KPIs) with which we hope to be able to compare and contrast some of the largest telcos in the world. We chose a range of financial and operational KPIs which are detailed alongside their definitions on the following slides. All KPIs were collected from publicly available sources, using reported figures. This brief seeks to compare KPIs for the calendar quarters 1Q08 and 1Q09.
