Telsyte maintains a database of retail Frame Relay market/customer contract prices that contains accurate and up-to-date information, which allows us to publish off-the-shelf industry pricing reports as well as comparing client service pricing against the database for customised benchmarks.
The prices measured in this benchmark document are market-based prices, all of which are currently valid. The pricing in Telsyte's Retail Frame Relay pricing benchmark report is derived from a range of Australian carriers. In order for any route/bandwidth increment to be listed in this report, we require a minimum of 20 samples from multiple carriers/service providers. We do note, however, that the vast majority of Frame Relay route/bandwidth increments measured in this report contain 40 or more pricing samples, and in some cases up to 140 pricing samples.
