Linksys remained the market share leader in overall router unit shipments with 29.4% market share. Core router startups, Procket, Chiaro Networks and Caspian Networks, came out of stealth mode with product announcements that will compete with Juniper and Cisco. Overall the total router unit shipments are expected to increase 11% in 2Q 03, which will again be driven by the increase in SOHO routers.
This report includes detailed revenue and shipment market shares, regional breakouts, and a rolling, three-quarter forecast of the service provider router market (core and edge), enterprise, branch office and SOHO router segments. Table of Contents | List
