This report is the second in a series based on Cahners In-Stat Group's exhaustive ISP survey, which interviewed decision makers at 150 ISPs of various sizes. The survey solicited key spending, demographic, and infrastructure information from respondents most qualified to answer questions about budget and policy. The findings from this study provide a valuable guide for determining how the ISP market will develop and how ISP decision makers will behave during the coming 12 months.
