Includes a Current Analysis competitive rating for the product ranging from Very Threatening, describing a solution that is likely to make significant gains in market share because of its technology, features, functionality, and/or market presence; to Vulnerable, for solutions that are like to see decrease in market share due to competitive threats.
Strengths & Weaknesses
Objective analysis of the strengths and weaknesses of the solution, with respect to competitors and alternative solutions. Covers key areas that are cited as downsides to the solution when positioned against competitors, and key areas that are used as differentiators when selling the solution. Provides the reader with an unbiased view of the solution.
Ket Selection Criteria
Analysis of how well the solution meets the customer's most important specifications, including: performance, price, functionality, availability, deployment and more. Ratings range from Outstanding, Strong, Competitive, Concerns to Noncompetitive.
